Western blot analysis of E2F5 in A) 293T whole cell extract, B) whole cell extract of HA-human E2F5-transfected 293T cells using E2F5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-85578) using 30 µg of sample at a dilution of 1:10000. Prior to incubation with primary antibody, the sample was separated on 10% SDS-PAGE.
Western blot analysis of E2F5 was performed by separating 50 µg of mouse tissue extract by 10% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a E2F5 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85578) at a dilution of 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
